My Nobituary Form

My own nobituary was a spontaneous creation that opened up a future of new possibilities, free from the past. I use it to keep me grounded in my commitment to value my time and the relationships I have like there is no tomorrow. Face it, no matter what, life is challenging, and it is when the challenges arise it is most important to have created a place to stand that reminds you of the precious gift that time on earth is. I have to be honest that as that moment has faded into distant memory, I have found myself, from time to time, right back in the drama and upset that had faded from my life immediately following my surgery! All the more reason I find it so valuable to keep the possibilities of gratitude and appreciation alive and present in my life. Humans react to life as it comes at them, and when we keep an empowering context, we can better be responsible for our actions and missteps. I encourage you to write a heartfelt nobituary of your own as a line of demarcation, a line in the sand, and as a reminder to keep your life in a state of self-expression that keeps love present and expressed, always.
